Hunbatz, Guatemala

Hunbatz is produced by a group of small coffee producers in the Cuilco region of Huehuetenango in the northwestern highlands of Guatemala. Their work builds upon centuries of tradition passed down through generations and their careful cultivation of this coffee reflects respect for, and connection to, the land. The result is a bright and balanced fully washed coffee with notes of red grape and single cream with subtle floral undertones.
