Faer, an independent family run business based in the UK with a serious passion for coffee.



Having grown up in Melbourne, we were surrounded by the energy and innovation created by the new and exciting specialty coffee roasters in our inner city neighbourhood. While savouring every sip from our first pour-over, we were developing our taste for third-wave coffee.



We relocated to the UK during the Covid 19 pandemic. Since then we have been traveling all over the country, sampling coffee from various roasters and cafes.

Five years later we established Faer, a speciality coffee roastery, with a vision for ethical, sustainable growth and developing valuable relationships with farmers, our customers, and the wider coffee community.
